Hanover Square

Hanover Square is one of the most desirable sites in Central London. It fronts on New Bond Street to the West and Hanover Square to the East, one of three garden squares in Mayfair.

The BREEAM Excellent development includes 167,785 square feet of best in class office space in three buildings, the majority of which is in a single building above the Crossrail station fronting Hanover Square.

There is also 41,828 square feet of retail and restaurant space fronting New Bond Street and six residential units totaling 12,356 square feet. It also comprises a new public piazza at the heart of the scheme.

The Burlian

The Burlian is located in London’s West End, at the juncture of Oxford Street and Bond Street, some of London’s most iconic retail streets. The scheme will provide 32,635 square feet of best in class office space with a large communal roof terrace of 1,507 square feet.

There will also be 9,633 sq ft of retail space fronting New Bond Street and Oxford Street, with the scheme completing the summer of 2023.

Designed by the award-winning Orms Architects, the scheme is targeting BREEAM Excellent with ambitions of achieving Outstanding.
